Today I am 8 years sober, Here is a snapshot of what helped me get there and stay there.

As we close out 2021, here is to us remembering the good times and to making many new memories in 2022.

Another week of Not running, but who is counting. The pain in the foot is still there but we are going to be taking a different approach to things this week. 

After 2 solid days of running, I am hit with some pains in the foot that I wish I couldn't remember from the past.  What happened and what is the plan moving forward. 

2020 has been a wash for me in my training and fitness. So I decided to sign up for a race called The Advent Run for the month of December. Here is to the end of 2020 being on a more healthy and positive note.
