Yoga, Body Liberation + Owning Your Knowing | Kate Mosher
In this episode, I talk with my dear friend, Kate Mosher. Kate Mosher is an entrepreneur, mama, yoga teacher and body liberation activist. She lives in the Mountains of North Carolina. Kate shares her story about why she came to yoga, her experiences practicing yoga in a fat body, and how yoga training challenged and refined her viewpoints. She takes us on a deeper exploration with Niyamas and Yamas with a body liberation lens. Together, we talk about inner Rebels, entrepreneurship as a way to own our own knowing, and why listening and mirror is the greatest gift we can give. Kate's work and her journey to wild freedom is one I follow with interest, and I'm always learning from her. I highly recommend trying out a yoga class with her, or starting your own Undoing journey alongside her community.

In this episode, I talk with Rebecca M Farrar. Rebecca is an archetypal astrologer living in the San Francisco, Bay Area. She offers down to earth readings, focused on self care and soul care. Rebecca shares her thoughts on self care, soul care, community care and her own healing story alongside exploring each of those. Together, we talk in depth about self care in detail beyond the white wellness movement, Instagrammable moments, and our mutual love of the wilderness, morning pages, and getting lost in the forest. The Ancient Practice of Weaving + Creativity as an Act of Rebellion | Kim Hamill
In this episode, I talk with Kim Hamill. She is a weaver and weaving teacher from northern New Mexico. She has been on a mission to bring the ancient technology of the backstrap loom into the mainstream craft arena. Kim shares with us her story about how she got into weaving, the pieces she's created that really speak to her heart, and the incredible ancient history surrounding weaving. We taught in depth about how creativity can be an act of rebellion, the flow of creative projects and how that can really challenge and change us, and the resurgence we both see in art, craft and making right now. Kim's work really spoke to me through her sharing the images of her projects in progress. Her intention and dedication to her craft, the focus, and meditation it takes is a practice that is inspiring and beautiful to watch.
