In this podcast, I'm essentially sharing practical, bullshit-free tips and insights that I would have appreciated having access to when I started my own journey. All of this in a maximum of 20 minutes per episode because I know all about short attention spans.It's about authenticity, unplugging the autopilot, reconnecting with yourself, and taking (baby) steps towards growth. It's about alignment, peace of mind, and letting go. It's about limiting beliefs and peeling back the layers to uncover what's beneath all the conditioning.Ultimately, it's about self-love and acceptance.

    Baby Steps towards Lightness

    Hey, you.   Do you feel heavy, burdened, stressed, sometimes to the point going out of bed feels like the ultimate challenge?   You might need more lightness. Lightness is about shifting your perspective and rebalancing your focus (since whatever you're focusing on gets bigger). I'm not talking delusional, out-of-touch-with-reality, toxic positivity style. I'm talking about using the magnifying glass wisely, and using it to look at the good stuff, too. In this episode, I’m sharing some thoughts on dog poop, acceptance, detachment, love and playfulness and tips to bring lightness back into your life.

    « It’s not what I had in mind »

    You know, it's common to set goals with a very specific idea of how and when they should be achieved. While having goals is important, it's also valuable to maintain an open mind. Life has a way of presenting us with unexpected opportunities, situations, and people that might differ from our initial expectations but still align perfectly with our purpose. So, embracing flexibility can lead to surprising and fulfilling outcomes.

    For this first episode, I am introducing myself and my ongoing journey – how I ended up here and why I decided to create this podcast. This is my story in a nutshell – from unplugging the autopilot mode, thanks to more or less pleasant wake-up calls. It's about peeling back the layers of conditioning and limiting beliefs, and ultimately, learning to love yourself a bit more in the process. I hope it will resonate with you!
