    08. How Your Client Process Affects the Success of Your Website (and Business)

Your client and customer journey is a part of your website that often gets overlooked. If your website is this really aesthetically pleasing site, with really amazing content, but people don’t know how to take the first step in working with you, or get confused after doing so? It won’t be converting the way you want it to. Not because of your website, but because of your client process. You may be wondering, “what does my client process have to do with the success of my website?” - well, everything. In this episode I'm breaking down why your client process matters, how to audit your client process, and how to integrate your client process into your website. 07. Infusing Personality Into Your Brand Visuals, Messaging, and Website

We’re in a day and age where people are tired of corporate greed, inauthenticity, and phoney personas. People are craving real, genuine connections with people. Businesses or otherwise. So what does it mean to have a personal brand? A personal brand is a brand that has more personality and flare infused into it’s strategy than a purely strategic and market based brand. One of the reasons that it’s so important to have your personality as part of your brand if you are sort of a more personal brand/business, is because that is what is natural to you, since it’s literally a part of who you are. Think about how confident you’ll feel, when you have a brand identity and a website that actually feel like you, that feel expansive, that give you ideas. And that confidence is what will help you market your business, and promote your brand, and try new things that you weren’t comfortable doing before. I just want every single business owner to be able to geek out about their brand, and feel excited to use it and show it off, and have a website that you’re obsessed with and want to show everyone.Support the showInstagram: @crymesdesigncoBrand + Web Design: crymesdesignco.com

    05. Website Coming Soon Page - Why They Matter and What You Should Include

If you’re listening to this episode, I’m going to assume that you’re likely preparing to launch a new website for your brand. What an exciting new chapter for your business. You’ve put a lot of thought, time, and energy into your business to reach this point. So kudos to you. But what about all those potential leads that are visiting your website while the build is in progress? We can’t show them the whole new site yet, so how can we capture their attention and encourage them to work with you despite the new site not being live yet?Introducing, a coming soon page. A coming soon page is a single landing page that we publish on your site while the remainder of the website build is in progress. A coming soon page helps prevent site visitors and users from interacting with your site while things are changing, being redesigned, or completely rebuilt, which would create a really poor user experience. --BOOK A WEBSITE AUDITSupport the showInstagram: @crymesdesigncoBrand + Web Design: crymesdesignco.com

Deciding that it’s time to rebrand your business is not a decision that comes easily or is taken lightly. It can be hard to let go of what was, and move into what you want to become. However, the cost of not rebranding when you need to can cost you more money than you’d expect. What does not getting leads, or attracting red flag clients, or lack of marketing cost you?Today I want to share with you some key points that you can use as a basis to gauge whether or not it’s time for a rebrand.
