Trauma: ✅

I'm back after my hiatus.. this time, I dig a little deeper into my trauma. I discuss a few things from elementary and middle school. I touch slightly on the abuse we endured. Thank you for your continued support in me sharing my story!!

This is an update to my recent absence. There will be a new episode Thursday, 5/26/2022. 

This is a lighter episode. I touch on how I was taken back to Virginia, and some of my memories at my Grandmother's house. This is before I ever remember any abuse, so it was nice to take a sweeter trip down memory lane.

This episode is hard for me. I discuss the sexual abuse at the hands of my uncle. I needed to get this one over and done with. Please be careful with your own mental health while listening to this episode. 

Hi!! My Name is Ashley. I've just hit my official healing stage & I feel called to share my story during the process. This is just the beginning, things get harder from here.. much harder. Remembering as early on as 3/5 years old. I recall some of the good memories I have during this time, but also parts of the bad memories I have as well.
