Trauma VS Drama: Nobody actually likes drama. What happened to you?

Nobody actually likes drama. I believe people who come from a place of love always tend to find themselves of overdoing. Getting way to involved more than others think they should. Constantly feeling the need to take on the responsibility for the happiness of others, avoiding wanting to upset them as it translates into a form of rejection. You begin to always be fully booked with relationships, plans, and being a "part of something", because without the involvement you feel empty, purpose-less. But, what happened to you? Why do you always feel the need? Let's chat!

Hello hello! I know, I know this past thanksgiving was HARD. And you probably didn't want to even go in the first place, I'll tell you what I hear you, I'm listening, and I understand you. Holiday gatherings can be super hard! Especially for those who are suffering from mental health, trauma, or a loss. We fight so hard to look "normal" while melting away feeling so "un-normal" in large settings. Let's find away to allow ourselves to just the right amount that we can handle, with that I mean .. maybe you hang for 20minutes or 2 hours. Whatever is good enough for you, has to be it! That should be the only answer during these gatherings.
