What is Two Minute Life Coach

Welcome to Two Minute Life Coach.  120 seconds of motivational wisdom, or attempts at such a thing, every Monday and Wednesday.  My name is Rich Boerner and I am not a Certified Life Coach.  I am not a Therapist.  Though I do have deep respect for and some experience with both professions.  But not everyone has the time or money to dedicate to extended sessions.  And sometimes we just need a quick pick me up.  Thus, Two Minute Life Coach was born. Two minutes. Twice a week.  My words come from decades of living life, succeeding, failing and testing theories to make it a smoother ride.  Like observations and advice from a good friend.  Apply what you want, when you want.  Hopefully it helps.
