Boundaries
In this episode, I am talking about boundaries and their importance. I really believe that boundaries help us keep our core responsibilty, which is a responsibility to ourselves. It is not always easy to set/ keep them but they are worthwhile. they help to enhance the relationships we have with people and they help us play our roles better in other peoples lives.
