Getting Uncomfortable with Micah of Denver Mobile Sauna

We are BACK! On today's episode, I have Micah Mitlyng the Founder of Denver Mobile Sauna. What I love about this episode is that we went into it to talk about the uncomfortable experience he had that propelled him to start Denver Mobile Sauna. What we discovered very soon after talking was that we both had lost our Dads. You get to hear from our experience what it has been like to loose a parent and the trials and tribulations we experienced. BUT also, Micah's story about getting into saunas, the health benefits it has, and how you can embrace the awkwardness of a situation. A little bit about Denver Mobile Sauna: Denver Mobile Sauna isn’t just about offering a place to sweat—it’s about creating an environment where you can leave your troubles and your smartphones at the door (literally, they’ll overheat). Our saunas are wood-fired or propane-fired, reaching temperatures that surpass your average gym sauna, enveloping you in the kind of warmth that touches more than just your skin. If you want to skip through the dead Dad stuff fast forward 51 minutes in. Otherwise, we hope you find this incredibly insightful and a bit helpful! Getting Uncomfy with DeVante

This week's episode I have DeVante on talking about a wide range of topics from overcoming fear to pooping to some sports (for you girlies out there), to not washing your hands after the bathroom, and other things - it gets weird but we love it. The recording stopped midway through which is why some things may be out of context. We are working and growing and learning so give me some grace bbs.

In this episode I have Leeanne on that founded Bad Day Box. We start by going through our friendship origin story through social media, the origin story of her business, then we get to dive into the uncomfortable stuff: Juxtaposition of brand in light of toxic positivity, hindsight/lessons after bad days, tools we can use to heal Meeting people where they are at and letting them feel their feelings How as adults both things can be true in many scenarios i.e. honoring disappointment/grief and being hopeful for future Best thing I learned to ask as an adult: Do you want to be heard or do you want advice? Submit your topics you'd like for me to talk about!
