    Season 1 Ep 1:: Leaving the Military and UAS with guest Shawn Weigman

    In this episode we get to hear from Shawn Weigman about his transition out of the military, and eventually out of the UAS career field altogether.  He explains the mistakes he made, and what he would do differently if he  had to do it again.  Shawn also discusses certain aspects of the job, and gives the audience a bit of insight as to what it was like being a Military UAS operator. Shawn is a decorated USAF Combat Veteran, and was a Sensor Operator during the early stages of the MQ-1 program on the GWOT.  He served for four years, and racked up an impressive 1,200+ hours of seat time.
