Uprooted
by Lyssa Posey
Hey y’all! My name is Alexzandriah, Welcome all to the “Uprooted podcast”, where we are uprooting all the trauma and any negativity we may have learned or experienced during this lifetime, whether that be within our homes or our communities, and challenging the thoughts and beliefs that have manifested from these adverse experiences to propagate wisdom, healing and growth to cultivate wellness and balance in our lives; whatever that may look like for you! Disclaimer: Ya’ girl may have a few degrees, but I am by no means an expert in any of the topics I address on this platform. This is solely my creative outlet to share my own story and wisdom I’ve gained on my journey. My only intent is to build community and encourage others on their journey. So feel free to correct me if ever need be, so that I can continue to grow and evolve! And please always remember: Take what you need, leave what does not align with you.
