A Month of Growth, Awards and Opportunity
In this episode of Voices of One Fylde, Marilyn and Rebecca sit down with One Fylde CEO Tracey Bush to reflect on a busy and exciting period across the organisation and Tune Ability. They look back on winning the Technology Award at the Markel 3rd Sector Care Awards, share their own experience of the day in Birmingham, and explore what that recognition means for the people behind the microphone. The conversation covers the continued growth of Tune Ability, including work at The Harbour, new opportunities through Connectiverse at The Manor, and an invitation to present at Lancaster University. Tracey also reflects on company events looking at the importance of giving people a voice, making information accessible, and supporting independence in everyday life — from housing choices to building confidence in the community. There’s discussion around community events, partnerships with Barons Furniture & Lytham Festival, enterprise opportunities, fundraising efforts, and what it means to create purpose and belonging for the people One Fylde supports. A wide-ranging and uplifting conversation that highlights how inclusion, creativity and opportunity are shaping the future of Tune Ability and One Fylde.
