#301 - Welcome to Season 3 and The Year of the Fire Horse

It has been a crazy start to 2026. The girls talk about saying goodbye to loved ones and hello to new hips. Elle has declared it the year of the bike while Dylan is healing and trying not to spend more online shopping than her $200k medical bills. Online shopping has become a load bearing structure so they review some great products and services ranging from covering your ass to covering your skin.

  2. 41

    #213 - Good Riddance to 2025

On today's episode, the girls reflect on the disaster that was 2025. If that year were a drink, it would be colonoscopy prep. They talk about hopes and plans for the coming year, including lots of biking, healing and praying for the great, big, beautiful obituary. Much snerdling will be needed along the way.

  3. 40

    #212 - Dolce Far Niente

On today’s episode, the girls embrace defining themselves as Otroverts and emphasize the sweetness of doing nothing.  Time to enjoy some adult chocolate milk while discussing a few midlife reckonings.  Are you where you thought you would be?  In the immortal words of Bruce Springsteen “Talk about a dream, try to make it real.”

  4. 39

    #211 - Would You Rather

The girls are getting sick of mourning losses-  our furry family members, parents and freedoms.   So to lighten the mood, they play a few rounds of “Would you rather”.   Language or Music?  Dinosaur or Dragon?  Insult or Compliment?

  5. 38

    #210 - 40 and Fabulous

It’s our 40th episode and it’s been a crazy month with more craziness ahead for Dylan, Elle and Miranda.  Lots of travel, exercising while avoiding the heat, and watching good movies.  Superman is indeed Super.   We found the perfect self tanner and under eye concealer and Dylan has joined a perfume cult.Brett joins in the discussion this month  about Things we are tolerating less and less-  Loud places was a unanimous choice!

  6. 37

#209 - It's the End of the World as We Know It and We Don’t Feel Fine

It has been a rough month (heck a rough year) for the girls.   So much loss around us.   Turns out hobbies are one of the keys to happiness. What else can we add to our lives?   Dylan, Elle and Miranda talk about questions they would like to hear Trump supporters answer, especially in light of the recent atrocities.  So much is happening that cannot be undone.   When we look back years from now, will we be proud of how we acted?  Will you?

  7. 36

#208 - Time to Soar Like an Eagle

It’s a good day for some health updates so that you too can soar like an eagle!  Take care of your breasts and they will take care of you.  Join the girls as they vow to add more experiences to their lives so that time can slow the heck down!

  8. 35

#207 - Things We are Hating and Things We are Loving

Our producer Zack joins in again along with Miranda, Elle and Dylan. You know we are hating the political landscape but let’s add our healthcare system, crowds, spam call, that pets don’t live longer, locking grocery carts and wind! But we are loving on things like butterflies, clothing rental, extra ricotta on our pizza, media archiving, crocheting, new pants, TRX, biking alone, Divorced Dads Banger playlist on Spotify and Chobani cinnamon coffee cake creamer.

  9. 34

#206 - We Have Mood Poisoning, Must Have Been Something We Hate

Producer Zack joins in this episode and talks about his Coachella 2025 experience while the girls talk about the "online retail therapy" they are using to try to drown out the madness. Beauty from Bees has them buzzing but tanning pills, not so much.

  10. 33

    #205 - Starch Sadness

Instead of March Madness, the girls are embracing Starch Sadness and all forms of potatoes to make it through this crazy month.  No matter what is going on in your life there is some form of potato that can make it better- fries, mashed potatoes, Vodka or all 3.Elle and Dylan detour off the political crazy train and talk about a favorite topic- animals. They discuss “adopt don’t shop” and Dylan and Miranda defend their doggo choices.   They recommend some great rescue organizations to support (Best Friends, North Shore Animal League, Frosted Faces and more) and will keep you updated on Miranda’s search for a kitty to adopt into their family.

  11. 32

    #204 - It's a Dick Talk Kind of Day

The first episode of season 2 has the girls comparing the start of 2025 to 2020. Fires are burning, the political climate is a wreck, and there is violence everywhere. Dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria. Maybe we picked a bad month to stop sniffing glue...

  16. 27

#129 - Time for More Joy, Less Gloom
