Alright good people episode 2 is FINALLY here with my bud Marty Grizzanti. Marty and I worked together at CGI Communications, a marketing agency in Rochester, NY. It was my first job out of college and where I got my start in marketing. However, I had to take a sales role as marketing jobs were (and still are) ultra competitive.Sales... not really my bag. But Marty was one of the top performers in the company. He decided to leave the marketing agency world in 2017 to focus on real estate investing full time.Along with his partner, Matt McGuckin, the 2 have grown Suplex Properties into an impressive operation that spans flips, commercial, and even a construction division.
