In this episode Jim Smith will be reflecting on an article for the Harvard Buisness Review called 'Great Leaders Are Thoughtful and Deliberate, Not Impulsive and Reactive'. There is lots to learn and reflect from this article and Jim will be giving listeners 3 reflection questions (see below in description for the reflection questions) to use to reflect on their own leadership based on the findings from the Harvard article. Also Jim will be interviewing Stephen Logan (Principal at Healing Academy) about his career, the lessons he has learned, his successes, and his failures.
