Ep #8: I Had A Gun Pulled On Me By A 4 Year Old ft. Theo Eftimiades
The Adventures of a Digital Vagabond: Exploring Life, Travel, and Self-Discovery.Join us in this captivating episode as we embark on an extraordinary journey with Theo who I met in Guatemala while I was living in a small town on Lake Atitlan. My friend Theo is an adventurous soul with an insatiable love for art, culture, and travel. He takes us on a rollercoaster ride of solo misadventures around the world, while simultaneously managing small automated businesses. We dive into an in-depth exploration of his time in Havana, Cuba. Beyond the resorts and into the heart of the town where no tourists venture. Theo shares some jaw-dropping and often funny anecdotes, like his encounters with a cockroach in his coffee, a four-year-old carrying a gun, and the crazy moments when children tried to throw rocks at him for not handing them over his money. Through these experiences, we reflect on the importance of embracing our surroundings and surrendering to the realities of our situations. Together, we examine the highs and lows of solo travel, the depression that can follow returning home, and the unique perspectives we gain from experiencing the world in our own individual ways. We discuss the importance of reevaluating our purpose, respecting our surroundings, and the transformative power of surrendering to life's teachings. Please note: What you see online is merely a fraction of the incredible depths waiting to be discovered.

Ep #7: The Learning Curve
I'm currently living the life I feared most growing up. Lots is new so you needed an update. The adjustment stage is tough, LET ME TELL YOU. I started a corporate job and put freelance on pause. The freedom of creativity comes with mental restraints. It was time to let in more structure for the benefit of stability and peace of mind. It’s been hard adjusting when everything takes getting used to. Each new decision and every new choice comes with CHANGE. I've been pulling back more layers toward understanding how I learn and operate. It's scary trying different things and beginning new chapters. But if we acknowledge what's holding us back, it's one step closer to finally f*cking doing it.

Ep: #6 Regression To The Mean ft. Ophelia Welsch
In this episode, my long-lost friend Ophelia Welsch joins me from the Aussie land down under. You know when a BIIIIIIG catch-up sesh is long overdue? Well, that's exactly what we're serving up for you. Headphone listeners, please be advised that between our laughs, the excessive 'ye ye ye ye ye ye's' and Phe's knee making a squeaky appearance... it's no short of a loud one. XD The two biggest party girls turned in our solo cups for guasha-ing and early mornings. Growth Needs Grounding. We now willingly choose delayed gratification > over instant gratification. Who are we?! We simultaneously entered our 30 days of sobriety era a few months ago. One of us is now almost 3 months sober (over 1 month at the time we recorded) and the other had a drinking date planned for day 31... Together we work our way through coming out of our hardships stronger than ever. (#Igotdepression) We both explored the world first but it was time to finally look inward and explore ourselves. We get all the Australia tea. No weed on the island folks.... or you'll be NBO'd (next boat out).

Ep # 5: Leveling The F*ck Up
We started from the bottom now we hear, say what?! In this episode, I go over why it's GOOD you're fucking up so much. Yes, you heard that right. The challenges you're facing and the core skills and endurance you learn at the beginning of ANYTHING will prepare you for being at the top and achieving your goals. There are so many benefits to starting at the bottom. At this stage in the game, it's key to put in the dirty work when no one is watching, to be established later on. Owning when sh*t goes wrong, doesn't mean you're on the wrong path. Holding strong during times when you are questioning everything and finding the lessons within it, is where growth lies. Social media sets us up to believe we can achieve our dream life without having to put in the work to get there. I touch on how to decipher what path is meant for you so you don't get distracted by the endless opportunities out there. Differentiating between the things in life you're good at vs. what your soul is meant to be doing on this earth is key to leveling up. When you come across something your soul is meant to be doing, you will know. *shoutout to my friend Phe! if you leave a rating on Spotify I’ll shout you out! ;)

Ep #4: The Reality of Being A Gen-Z Post University
Solo Episode. Let's cut the crap. Throwing some truth your way about my journey since graduating. A series of directionless events. Finding a purpose outside of your education is challenging. Holy sh*t, no one prepared me for how lost I'd feel. What do I do now? How am I supposed to choose what’s meant for me? Could anyone have warned me about what I was going to experience? Life felt like one long race, with chaos around every corner and hurdles on each path. The overwhelming realities of adulthood hit a little too hard and my coping mechanism was to run. Coping with my sadness looked like being the craziest version of myself I could be. I explain how a big part of growing up for me was unlearning the narrative I always told myself, to open the door for what's truly meant to be. Can you relate? Letting old versions of myself die has been a common theme. Eventually, it all catches up until I learned to slow down and figure out who I am when no one was watching. Getting back to the basics. A classic lesson on self-love and learning to lose.

Ep # 3: The Comeback ft. Chip Mac
The story of yet another bishop's student that's been swept under the rug... The song is a lie. You actually will graduate. It's confirmed. 1 year, two years, 3 years out... Will any of it really matter?Your identity in university is a part of you, but it's not WHO YOU ARE. Neither a sport, a club or a friend group can define your narrative once you walk off that stage. But if we glorify our experiences... there's a lot we leave out. That's just what they want, don't you get it?! We need to cause ripples in the purple community. This episode welcomes a former Bishop's University athlete, Chip Mac. She shares HER lessons from one of the hardest times she's ever been through. There are two sides to every story gaiters. So listen up! Shit goes wrong, plans change and life gets you down... but it's all about The Comeback that matters. Comment, Review & SHARE.#thedarksideofbishopsuniversity #twosidestoeverystory

Ep #2: Every Time Something Goes Wrong, Life Hands You A Gift.
I have covid and I'm pissed. I guess 4th time's the charm! I've let myself slip the past few weeks and keep having to learn the same lessons 100 x over. This episode touches on turning peaks into valleys and allowing what stands in your way to become the way. How is the discomfort in your life nudging you to make a change? How are your setbacks guiding you? I tell my storytime of when I crashed a scooter in Nicaragua on 4/20 and thought my solo trip was over. Little did I know at the time that life had so much more in store for me...

Ep #1: Well It's Sure Not Going To Be Perfect ft. Connor Blanchet
I'll ask you this... If you only ever talk about your good times and leave out the bad, then how much are you really sharing? If you only ever highlight your most perfected moments and not the entire picture, then how authentic are you really being? This episode celebrates stories and lessons of when sh*t goes wrong because it happens to all of us, and I want to talk about it! Later on in the episode, my good friend and roommate Connor Blanchet and I recount our moments throughout 2022 when sh*t just went wrong. Our first podcast together in 3 years was filled with laughs, cheersing and hatred for flair-lines. We respectfully rant about times when companies screwed us over and abandoned us, while we get sidetracked by sissy squats and the horrors of tree planting.Enjoy!
