Day two of Florida Leadership Academy brings you two students, C/Abreu and C/Fitzgibbon, who share their perspective of attending their respective courses. They share the differences between the Officer Course (Cadet Commanders Course) and the NCO (Senior NCO).

On Today's podcast, Host- C/Capt Slouha and Co-hosts C/2dLt Couto and C/SMSgt Curtis talk with Lima Flight Commander C/2dLt German on what the cadets did throughout the day. Cadets took on the Camp Blanding Leadership Reaction Course as a test to see how their flight dynamic changes with the absence of their leaders. Cadets also had a behind the scenes tour of the Red Horse center as a chance to learn more about the jobs within the military.
