What's up guys! We're starting off with a walk down memory lane on some of our favorite movie going experiences of 2025 that we wanted to share with you guys. One of those includes a 5 hour 3D experience....we'll let y'all know if it was worth it.   We also each share one movie recommendation to get things started off this year. Cheers! What a beautiful year for movies, especially international films! Happy to have shared our love for movies with you guys this past year and we're eternally grateful for every listen, watch, subscriber.   See you guys for 2026 movies!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays Y'all! We both shared childhood Christmas movies with each other to watch for the first time and had a fantastic time yapping about them. Hope you guys enjoy :)

The pair dispose of the corpse in hopes of quietly moving on with their lives. However, the businessman soon finds that he is now plagued by a vicious curse that transforms his flesh into iron.

First episode of our 20 part series where we cover 5 horror movies every week with 4 horror subgenres.   First week: Slashers! The Burning (1981) 

A movie that opened a beautiful conversation between both of us.   We got really vulnerable with this one, we hope y'all enjoy. 

We know this one was beloved within the film community and most alien fans. We are in the minority here but we get into the root of our pros and cons with the movie.

Josue's first time watching a monumental horror classic. We endured an intense 16MM screening with a very enthusiastic and rambunctious audience. Now, we get to divulge all the humid details about our experience in the hell known as.....Texas. 

Rewatching Man of Steel proved to be a hopeless and excruciating reminder of the once stagnant DCU. Thankfully, we had a screening for the newest Superman ready to inject us with hope.    Comparing the two, there is really only one that gets Superman correct.     

A semi-autobiographical confession and sarcastic apology from the director, Bob Fosse. "All that Jazz" intensely recollects the insanity of a unique genius. An intoxicating journey of a man so carelessly lost in his craft whilst maintaining his signature charismatic facade.  We both saw this movie for the first time at The Frida Cinema in Santa Ana, California. We loved it so much we rerecorded our thoughts to flesh them out further. 

Happiness directed by Todd Solondz is a dark comedy that is just as riveting and disturbing now as it was in 1998. We breakdown everything that makes this movie work and the perverse elements that had us shuddering and laughing out loud.
