Jim returns to WWO and discusses the world of professional wrestling with Shaun and Mike. In the first segment the guys talk the controversial interview that was conducted with CM Punk. Although we recorded this at the beginning of last week we have an oddly prophetic view on the video footage that AEW aired on Dynamite. In the second segment we turn our attention to tribalism in the wor;d of wrestling. Finally we break down our views on Wrestlemania 40.

Shaun and Mike come back to the podcast to kick off the road to Wrestlemania with a discussion about the 2024 Royal Rumble. Mike also tries to get the best of Professor Shaun with some trvia questions from a 1997 WWF Trivia game.

In what has become a Halloween tradition, Shaun and Mike welcome back Dylan to the pod. In this episode we discuss the WWE Studios film, See No Evil 2. Which suddenly devolves into us discussing the acting career of Dean Cain. We get into the movie and discover ultimately that Shaun was really hoping for a happy ending. Shaun and Mike return to WWO. Shaun presents us with an old school promo to discuss. We dive into some AEW talk. We discuss the amazing run that FTR is on. Which leads us into talking about the tag division in AEW. We then welcome back Jim to the podcast where we start discussing Summerslam. We get midway through the card and Jim drops off due to a power outage.We reconvene and finish up our discussion about Summerslam. We also discover that Mike has trouble with a wrestler's name.

This episode ends up being a bit of a time capsule. Sometimes the best intended plans of a schedule fall by the wayside. Using a couple of weeks old episode of Dynamite, we discuss AEW and some of the recent storylines building to the Double or Nothing PPV. We also mention fans trying to get themselves over and how it can be a detriment to the product. We then preview Backlash. Yes, we are aware that the event happened this past weekend so it is what it is.

We kick off the episode talking about the passing Bushwhacker Butch. The unfortunate luck of Dante Martin and Top Flight gets mentioned. There is a huge announcement from an unblinking Tony Khan. We unpack the two night event of Wrestlemania.

Just in time for Wrestlemania weekend, Shaun and Mike preview this weekend's event and give their thoughts on the card. We're very much looking forward to this year's event and hope you are too. Additionally we conclude our 2023 Mania rewatch with a good bunch of matches from years gone by.
