Hat Full Of Nonsense: 30-Second Rants On Random Things
This week we decided to keep it light and let chaos take the wheel. We filled a hat with the most random, generic objects we could think of, pulled them one by one, and gave ourselves just 30 seconds to vent about each. From the oddly specific annoyances to the totally ridiculous, nothing was safe from our mini-rants. It’s unfiltered, unserious, and full of laughs, perfect for when you just need a break from the heavy stuff!

Predators In Power: Epstein Charges, Cover-Ups, and the Island of Abuse
In Part 2 of Predators in Power, we dig into Jeffrey Epstein’s first round of criminal charges and the shocking failures of the justice system that let him walk free. We also examine the trafficking that took place on his private island, “Little St. James”, where powerful guests came and went while abuse was hidden in plain sight. We break down Epstein’s rise to power, his political and celebrity connections, the role of Ghislaine Maxwell, and the unanswered questions that remain years after his death. This episode explores how money, politics, and power collided to protect predators and silence victims, and why Epstein’s story is more than just a scandal. It’s a warning about systemic corruption. Two Escapes, One Patriarchy, and a Side of Male Tears
Short, sharp, and unwilling to look away! This episode shares two anonymous accounts of women who walked away from abusive partners. We break down the terrifying reality of strangulation statistics, the deadly gender bias built into car safety, and the quiet ways discrimination still shapes women’s lives. Then, because we refuse to end on a purely grim note, we take a playful jab at the “male loneliness epidemic.” It’s survival, truth-telling, and a little bit of petty served fresh.

Unscripted Faith (Ft. Taylor Thornton)
What happens when the life you were taught to believe in no longer fits the person you’re becoming? In this episode, we sit down with Taylor; writer, storyteller, and someone in the middle of rebuilding everything. Raised in a devout Mormon community, Taylor followed the script of faith, family, belonging. But when he came out as gay, that script stopped making sense. Instead of forcing himself to stay small, Taylor chose to walk away and start from scratch. We talk about what it means to let go of a life that once felt safe, the messy process of unbecoming, and the freedom that comes with finally writing your own story. This one’s about faith, yes, but not the kind that’s handed to you. The kind you create for yourself.

What About the Boys? (Ft. Jaymen Wilson)
What does it mean to be a man in a world that tells you to hide your pain? And how does that pressure intensify when you’re a Black man, constantly navigating survival over softness? In this episode, we sit down for a raw and honest conversation about masculinity, vulnerability, and the generational silence surrounding men’s mental health, especially in the Black community. Our guest opens up about his personal journey, the emotional weight he carries, and the societal systems that make it even harder to ask for help. Together, we talk about what needs to change. For our men, our boys, and the future of emotional liberation. This isn’t just a conversation. It’s an invitation to reimagine what strength really looks like.

Part Three: The Truth Survived Anyway
In the final chapter of her story, Gabby shares the moment she uncovered a devastating truth: her father is a pedophile. What followed wasn’t justice or support. It was silence, denial, and manipulation. His family and new partner refused to believe the victim, twisting the narrative to protect him instead. But despite their efforts to gaslight, dismiss, and discredit her, Gabby never let go of the truth. In this episode, she speaks from the scar, not the wound, with clarity, strength, and the kind of self-trust that only comes from surviving the unthinkable. This is a story about what happens when people choose comfort over accountability and what it looks like to speak your truth anyway. Trigger warning: This episode includes discussion of child sexual abuse, familial gaslighting, and betrayal.

This episode is honest, reflective, and at times unexpectedly funny — a testament to how far Gabby’s come, and how memory can evolve when we do. Content warning: This episode includes references to past domestic violence, though in a reflective, non-graphic way.
