We learn how a foundation, born out of tragedy is seeking to provide vast amounts of mental health care to law enforcement. Lucas was your everyday normal kid growing up in America, who liked spending time with his younger brother and family, riding his bike, playing sports, making music, traveling, and enjoying life.
