In the pilot episode of Slavic Uncovered, I introduce the heart of the series: an open, honest exploration of naturism as a lifestyle, told primarily from my perspective as a woman. I explain what naturism — or nudism — really is and clarify what it isn’t — not exhibitionism, not performance, and not automatically sexual.The series will share how my own journey began through simple experiences like sauna culture and time spent in nature, and how those moments gradually shifted my confidence and relationship with my body. For me, naturism became less about being seen and more about not hiding.The short first episode outlines what listeners can expect: short, 15-minute conversations about everyday naturist life, travel, spa culture and the emotional side of living naturally.
