Joel is a multi-award-winning businessman and public speaker, with a passion for helping companies accelerate business growth through Entrepreneurial Leadership. Joel is the Founder & CEO of www.gfaexchange.com, an award-winning AI technology company supporting the financial lending and wealth management markets. Over the past 15 years, Joel has authored independent reports on the needs of business owners for the government and financial institutions. He has also advised professional bodies and corporate firms on how to innovate their existing businesses support and leadership strategies. Joel is Vice-President of the Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce, National Ambassador for the Institute of Leadership and Management, Board Member of Birmingham Symphony Hall and Town Hall, and a Fellow of the National Centre for Entrepreneurs. He was awarded an OBE for Services to Business Support and Enterprise in 2016.
