#001 - Garrison Redd

In this episode I connect with Garrison Redd. Garrison is a Brooklyn, NY native that was shot at 17 by a stray bullet and caused him to be paralyzed from the waist down. Since then, Garrison has become a Paralympian, model, human rights advocate and the future NY Mayor! We talk about the importance of getting up early and incorporating that into your process! Please take the time to learn more about what he's doing with the Garrison Redd Project (www.thegarrisonreddproject.org). And, Stay tuned for our next episode coming up together in the near future!
