001 Kevin Waldron

Episode 1 is with the rather brilliant Kevin Waldron, of Waldron Leadership. I was delighted when Kevin agreed to the interview, knowing he would give a completely open and honest account of his own coaching practice and his views on the coaching profession. This was a thoroughly real and enjoyable episode to record and I am sure will be very useful to many coaches. Kevin is the founder of Waldron Leadership, a business coaching and consulting company, that helps business owners and their teams achieve higher levels of performance. An experienced entrepreneur, Kevin started and grew a $24M a year disaster restoration company with over 200 employees and 5 offices, before selling his business to a national franchise. Based in Novato CA, Kevin now works with business owners and clients around the world to grow their results. In 2015 he pioneered the Kilimanjaro Project, a life leadership program, that had him take a client to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro in Africa. Kevin is also the author of the upcoming book “LOOK! ...
