001 - Overview of The Research Project

My People! This is the introduction and the ground work of The Research Project. The next few episodes will have much more of a structure. so just bare with me. I'm learning every single day too. I think as people, there needs to be more of a dialogue around the things that are constantly in our heads that seize to come out on a daily basis. Finding balance in our lives is one way to understand who we are as individuals, and also how we can put our true selves out into the world in order to continuously move it forward. I'm no expert, but I'm constantly asking questions. Life is more fun that way, in my opinion.
