Lynn became chair of the National Association for Primary Education in November 2014 having been a member of NAPE for almost 30 years and a member of council for 6 years. Lynn started as a primary school teacher in the late 1970’s in London in ILEA days and spent her entire career in London schools having experience in both state and Independent sectors. She was a head teacher until July 2014, leaving to become an independent education consultant.
