#001: Roger, Lisandra & Keith

The first episode of My Positive Podcast is based on the theme word Giving. My three guests include Keith Foster, a retired police officer who now does voluntary community service work for the church and has an internet radio station with a few ex colleagues. My second guest is Lisandra Chachon, a young lady from Aruba now based in the Netherlands who is a body builder and personal trainer. My third guest is Al Rogers who has been a singer/songwriter in jazz and pop music and teaches kids with mental handicap problems. All three will share their stories and what giving means to them.
