002: Dive into Your Shadow

Attend to your shadow, ask for help, see clearly, and start attracting a magical life... eventually lol after you deal with your shit and do your energetic healing work.   Feel your feelings!  Never suppress.  Ask yourself, what are your true motives in your life?  Dive into your darkness fearlessly and see what you can admit to yourself and others.  In your shadow, you will find your brightest light.  Ask for help and know that help is everywhere for you whether it is help with cooling down your fury or finding a fresh new perspective on your life.  Release old belief systems and limiting mental patterns.  Keep your mind clear, cool down your fire if it is out of control and use your discernment as you go within.  Get grounded and be impeccable with what you say and do.  Awaken to the magic!!
