Dr. Lindsey believes in the power of a chiropractic adjustment. An adjustment is delivered from a place of love with an intentional healing force delivered along a specific vector with the desire to enhance the full expression of that particular person.  Dr. Lindsey is the CEO and Founder of BIRTHFIT. She has a B.S. in Biology from Texas A&M University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Lindsey is also a certified MamaGlow Birth Doula, NeuroLinguistic Programming Practitioner and certified in the Webster technique.  Dr. Lindsey has additional experience in strength and conditioning, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Functional Range Conditioning, and a 200-hour Yoga Instructor.  Dr. Lindsey believes that transitions are where seeds are planted. She believes in living in pleasure on purpose and embracing obstacles and failures as an opportunity.
