002: Matty Gregg

Matty Gregg has done 45 Tough Mudder events, including five times at World's Toughest Mudder. In addition to the WTM community, Matty is a member of the St. Baldrick's community. You might remember from the Christmas Day WTM show seeing Tiffany Aab and several other shave their heads for charity. That was part of a fundraiser Matty worked with that raised over $125,000.00 for St. Baldricks. Matty talks about that on today's episode. Matty also talks about his first WTM in 2012, the obstacle he hates the most (It's Leap of Faith) and nutrition strategies for the new 8-hour Toughest Mudder races.
