003 | Building an Accountability Community
from TheraFIRE · host Daryl and Camille
Do you sometimes feel afraid to share insights you have just learned because of fear that people will mock you for even trying? You know that they make sense and could help even one person, but the possible rejection wears you down that you keep it to yourself. This is the importance of having a community, having like-minded people who believes in you, and picks you up because they go through the same challenges as you are. The community is your accountability system. They motivate you to achieve your goals beyond a difficult threshold and celebrate with you in the finish line. In an online sphere filled with people who only care about personal gains, we still have some people like our guest, Mr. Kenneth Reyes-Lao who passionately started a Pinoy community in hopes of spreading financial literacy, good vibes, and support to those pursuing the unconventional path. He built a community, a safe zone for people to share their ideas and experiences without being judged nor shamed. You will feel comfortable enough to share your knowledge and challenges, so others may learn and maybe you could learn from them too. Hello everyone! We are very excited to welcome you to the third episode of THERAFIRE PODCAST! In this podcast, we want to learn how Filipinos all over the world in different industries and walk of life earn, spend, save, and invest money to achieve financial independence.
