003: 'Casual' - Episodes 4-6

Steve and Eli keep it 'Casual' with episodes 4, 5, and 6! Steve expresses gratitude for Eli's choice of the first show. In these episodes you get a real sense of what Val means to Alex and their relationship. Alex checks back in with his company after a two week absence and enjoys some carrot cake! There are some real consequences to Alex's actions and immaturity. Eli remarks about how some of Alex's revelations hit him like a 'ton of bricks'! We get some cool internal life moments as the characters are forced to reveal what's under the surface. Laura's vulnerability is on display trying to navigate high school and her feelings for her home room teacher. The disaster of a human being that is their mother is introduced!
