003: Honor Your Body Like the Earth & Your Inner Child

In the 3rd episode of Soulthentic Podcast, I dive into the perspective of treating your body like how you would treat the Earth. It is said that plants grow faster when there is consciousness put onto it - specifically positive and loving reinforcement. This shows that respect and appreciation is what allows things to expand and to flourish. So, if we are continuing to exploit the Earth and her resources, then what is that doing to the Earth? This is a reflection of what we do to ourselves on an individual level. By reflecting on nature, we learn principles in which to just exist and be instead of causing conflicts within ourselves. Nature has so much to teach us because we are nature OURSELVES. We must love, uplift, and shift our perspectives on how we see ourselves in order to cultivate peace in the world. Later in the episode, I go into why it is so important to do Inner Child work.
