These feelings are very real but how we respond to them can change how much control they have over us.  In this episode I'm diving into: My own day to day strategies on how to combat anxiety A recent example of an anxious time in my life What I do when I'm having a negative or overwhelming thought: 1. I write it down.  2. Ask yourself about the thing your struggling with.  3. Ask yourself is it true? 4. Ask yourself, is it something you can change right now?    5. How does it all make me feel? 6.
