Steve is a two time IBM Champion, accredited public speaker, the Emcee of the Long Island System Users Group, and the most die-hard Star Trek and Disney fan I have ever met. Steve talks with us about open source, hiring new talent, and tips on how to stay current in a quickly changing environment.
