Today I’m joined by Gareth Lewis, commercial director at bridging lender MT Finance. Gareth has been in the game a great many years, coming through the ranks at Precise on their short term lending team, and then taking up the position at MT Finance last year. With the coronavirus still the hot topic of conversation I wanted to get Gareth’s views on how lenders were coping, the use of technology and remote access (Gareth joined me from his back garden), how criteria, loan to value and product changes were effecting the market, as well his views on valuations, and some predictions for the future.
