Peter & Katrina Turner Peter Founded Capital Turners through his passion for working with investors. Partnering with working professionals, Pete helps them invest in and acquire multifamily apartments. Helping families and individuals secure financial security through passive real estate opportunities in multifamily syndications has been a passion that compelled Pete to start the company. Pete is always looking for the next investment opportunity. Professionally he is a retired military officer with over 20 years of service, then transitioned to a Regional HR-Safety Manager in telecommunications. Pete received his Bachelor of Science in Technology and Leadership from Roger William University. He holds a Certified Safety Professional Certification (CSP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Pete golfs and enjoys riding his BMW motorcycle with friends, especially with Katrina behind him. Katrina is the co-founder of Capital Turners. She bought her first investment property when she was 21 and has over a decade experience in real estate, buying and flipping homes. As a full time real estate professional she is the backbone of Greene Property Group, the property management division. Always realizing the value of time and how real estate can provided more freedom, she continued to grow her portfolio. Pete and Katrina met for the first time at a local Rhode Island real estate investors group and they joined forces and continued to build passive income together. In 2021 Katrina was able to walk away from her W2 corporate career. Never looking back, Katrina is passionate about helping others turn their passive income dreams a reality. Today, Katrina focuses on multifamily investments, property management and networking with likeminded people. Katrina's experience as a scrum master for software design in the insurance industry, has led the team's high efficiency output. Katrina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business and an MBA from Johnson and Whales University. Katrina holds real estate licenses in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
