003 ~ Why is Thin Within "Grace-Based?"
from Revelation Within On the Go! Hosted by Heidi Bylsma-Epperson and Christina Motley
Send us Fan Mail We here at Thin Within claim that Thin Within is a "Grace-Based Program." What does that mean? Join us for episode three as we talk about that very thing. How has dieting been the antithesis to grace for many of us? How have we moralized our eating by looking at the way we operate in terms of "good eating day" or "bad eating day?" How does Thin Within teach that our slips, stumbles, falls and failures can actually provide a backdrop for God's grace to be demonstrated powerfully, not as justification for sin, but to strategize for future victory? How does renewing our minds (Romans 12:2) change everything on my journey to surrender my food, eating, and body image to God? What can you do to be free of self-condemnation? Grace infuses our days when we apply what we share in this episode! Support the show Learn more about our Revelation Within Community: https://www.revelationwithin.org
