Brennan used to be a normal full-time employee, working 9-5. Then he started doing side work after hours. The rest is history. Brennan quickly grew his client base to the point where he was able to quit his job and freelance full-time. Recognizing the opportunity to scale, he hired eleven full-time employees and opened the gates to new clients.
