004 - Deliberate Focus = Progression

from The Research Project Hosted by Tony

I was playing the guitar and a few things finally came together for me. I felt stagnant and it was taking much longer than I'd like to get 'better' at creating music, but this time it was an actual feeling. A feeling that I realized happened when I was completely present in what I was doing with deliberate and complete focus. Everyone can find these things in their life if they take the time to live completely in the moment at whatever it is we are doing. Whether that be work, family, time with friends, hobby's, fitness. You see true progress only when you are completely focused at the task right in front of you. In my opinion, I've found that helpful. Keep on chasing it my people!
