At the height of my binge eating, I was eating thousands of calories multiple times a week and heavily restricting the other to compensate. After years of living in the binge/restrict cycle, I finally had a breakdown, and it led to me being incredible honest and vulnerable about my struggles. What felt like the lowest time in my life ultimately led to an incredible breakthrough, which without that moment, I wouldn't be the person I am today and I wouldn't have the ability to help women with similar struggles with the empathy that I do.
