004: Nick Knutzen -- Guiding Others to Inspired Lives After Sobriety Through Courage, Joy, and Aliveness

from People of Purpose · host Tanur Badgley

My guest this week is Nick Knutzen. Nick is a self-described chef, coach, and Warrior. Nick's life is guided by his intention of being fully present in work, play and relationships. Following an eight-year career in film production in LA and NYC, Nick arrived in Minneapolis 6.5 years ago where he committed himself to living a sober life. With the love and support of family and friends Nick traded in his camera for a chef's knife. Self-taught as a chef, he co-founded his first business Origin Meals, a Paleo-inspired meal delivery service. He has since sold this company and now he devotes himself to another meaningful pursuit with the founding of Wyld Joy. Through Wyld Joy, he uses his life's experience to guide others to an inspired life after sobriety through courage, joy and aliveness.   Nick and I met in St. Paul Minnesota at an Open House even for his wellness and recovery project Wyld Joy.Through a series of events I found myself at Nick's dining room table in South Minneapolis where we recorded this episode with his girlfriend, Julia Starr featured on episode 002 sitting right beside him.    Nick can be found at….   https://wyldjoy.com/   --Resources mentioned:    The Guest - Rumi The New Evolution Fitness Diet - Arthur De Vany How to Eat - Thich Nhat Hanh       Join our purpose seeking podcast community at...   https://www.facebook.com/peopleofpurposepodcast/ https://www.instagram.com/peopleofpurposepodcast/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/370599930049519/?source_id=146822282503735
