004 Unlocking the CEO Mindset

In episode four of Two Besties with a Mic, Devan and Kelsey dive headfirst into the thrilling ride of running their own gigs across diverse fields, preaching the gospel of rocking a CEO mindset for 2024. They're spilling the tea on why setting aside a CEO day to strategize on leveling up both your business and personal game is non-negotiable. It's all about nailing these five boss moves: crafting a vision, mission, and purpose that scream 'you'; elevating your brand to hit those emotional chords with clients; mapping out your offer funnel from freebies to premium packages; getting down and dirty with who your buyers are and how to catch their eye; and, let's not forget, pumping up your confidence in what you're selling. They're also laying down the truth about pinpointing your 'why' for diving into the biz world and clinging to it like your lifeline to dodge burnout and stay true to your dreams. Wrapping up, they dare you to step up, reflect, and own that CEO vibe in every inch of your life and business. Any podcast related questions or suggestions can be emailed to [email protected].
