005: A father's will to preserve his language with Andrey Kneller

On this episode of Bilingual Avenue, I interview Andrey Kneller, a Russian-born poet, translator and math teacher.  Andrey opens up and shares his resolve to preserve his Russian after his family’s move to the US.  He discusses how together with his wife they have raised their bilingual daughter and how speaking and maintaining Russian has allowed their family to have meaningful relationships.
