005: Greatness is a Mindset with Michael J Allen

I first met Michael J Allen at the Oneness Center in Fresno CA a few years back. He was new to the community and he had an energy about him that I had not encountered in my life up until that point. He was calm and happy and it seemed as though positive energy was emanating from his being. I was moved by his presence. Michael began speaking at the Oneness center and I was thoroughly impressed, he was powerfully inspiring and he held the attention and emotion of the crowd very well, all while giving impromptu speeches that seemed to flow from him effortlessly. I later learned that Michael began his spiritual journey under the tutelage of world renown spiritual leader and transformation teacher, Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith. Michael Allen is a powerful human who has dedicated himself to self transformation and is passionate about sharing his knowledge with whomever is searching for it. When the student is ready the teacher will appear. Tune into this episode to hear from one of the greatest teachers that I have yet to encounter on my journey here on Earth. This program was designed for men & women teaching Emotional Intelligence (EI) the power of thoughts, feelings, and emotion. In 1998, he began speaking in school settings to teach young people ways to break down barriers between individuals and groups, and to create a more peaceful and loving school climate. Michael facilitated the national Emmy award-winning program Challenge Day for ten years. Teaching the importance of understanding social oppression and cultural differences. In 2008, Michael created successful life planning for teens. The focus is coaching teens to create a successful life plan.
