In this episode I want to talk to you about the 'hustle culture' that many of us have experienced or seen
online – especially social media. 'Hustle culture' is a term used to describe a type of working behaviour,
where some openly advocate working all hours under the sun and not stopping. I want to talk openly
about my views and inspire you no matter what your working day looks like.

What you will learn in this episode:

- How to appreciate your working style
- Accepting yourself and taking the pressure off
- That being productive in your own way is better than not at all
- That we are all designed differently
- How we can learn more about our human design to find our productivity 'sweet spot'
