#005: Nick Gingo (Renner Otto IP Law Firm) - 2016: Bodybuilding.com vs. Jim Stoppani

In 2016, three years of epic business between Bodybuilding.com and Jim Stoppani fell apart over a nasty trademark dispute over the JYM brand. In November of that year, Mike brought his old friend and intellectual property attorney Nick Gingo of the Renner Otto Law Firm in Cleveland, OH to discuss the case. The case is now settled, but there are still some great lessons learned - such as getting yourself a good contract lawyer, because the deal we found in evidence was a complete ambiguous mess.
