Anvil Studios has been a staple of the Seattle Design scene for over a decade and making up half of this iconic two-person team is Treasure Hinds. In running Anvil, she has achieved what many seasoned industry vets dream of: she is still in the thick of the design process, getting her hands dirty on a daily basis. We get the chance to learn how her remarkably humble leadership style lends itself to sharing the design process and breaking down hierarchy.
