from Meet Me At The Barre · host Caroline Tanner

In this episode, Caroline interviews her fellow dance major, Mishaela Knighton on how to take care of your mental health while being a dancer. It is important to have alone time, and surround yourself with people who love and support you rather than tearing you down. The dancers talk about the different ways you can practice self care like starting a new hobby, practicing yoga, having a spa night, or even buying yourself a sweet treat.
